Ann Gerould
Ann was raised in the Town of Elmira and attended local Catholic schools. She returned to the Town in 2018 and has been enjoying living again in her hometown. Ann is married to husband Scot and together, they have 5 children and one grandchild. Ann is the Chief Operating Officer for Programs at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler and is a Licensed Therapist at Southern Tier Counseling Center. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree from University at Albany. Ann has experience in staff management, working with governmental and regulatory organizations, fundraising, grant procurement, and budget development and management.
Ann states, "I was raised to serve others and am thrilled with the potential opportunity to serve the Citizens of the Town of Elmira. It is my mission to maintain quality services and grounds that our families have come to enjoy, at the lowest possible cost to the People of the Town."
