Albert Lucarelli
Albert has lived in the Town of Elmira for 41 years and has been married to his wife Elizabeth for the same time. He has 2 sons and 2 grandchildren.
Albert is a NYS Licensed Optician and has a private practice in Elmira for 35 years. He is also a graduate of SUNY Brockport. Prior to being elected to the Town Board he has served on the Zoning Board and the Recreation Board for the Town. He has served on the Town Board since 2019.
