Thomas M. Milliken
Tom has lived in the Town of Elmira for over 50 years. He taught Chemistry in area schools for 31 years; retiring from Elmira High School in June 2019. Currently, Tom serves as an adjunct instructor at Corning Community College and a part-time Chemistry teacher at Notre Dame High School.
Tom is a product of local schools and earned his post-secondary degrees within the SUNY System. He has been involved through the years with committee and volunteer work both within the school communities and in the greater community.
Tom has served on the Town of Elmira Board since 2004 and as deputy supervisor from 2014-2019. He is married to the former Ellen Danaher of Horseheads. They reside on West Water Street where they raised their four children.
